Seriously. I'm talking to you. (I'm talking to me.) It's 8:01 p.m. That's early. You have three full hours before you need to get in bed. This is what you're going to do in that time.

Have taken a personal day today, mostly so that I can get my grad school application to the university before the March 1 deadline, but also because I need to get my house under control.

* Make list of all the crap I need to do today.

Amazing what putting on a musical and making myself clean through it will do for the state of my house. Guys and Dolls just got my living room picked up and swept, the dishes done, the counters cleaned, and left me oddly energized to put on The Fantasticks and put my laundry away and try to make a dent in my bedroom ( Read more... )

Happy to report that the Mood of Death has lifted, at least temporarily. I apologized most sincerely to my mother for my phoneside manner Tuesday night and we're back on good terms again, which is good for my psyche. Man, I am wiped out. Yesterday I got the sunroom all ready for painting. Pushed the day bed out into the living room, moved the exermajizer into the center of the room, swept, vacuumed, etc. Jenn came over last night and helped me wash everything.
